Everyone has an explanation. Omni has the record.
Erplica Omni is an AI system that runs entirely inside your company. It reads the records your departments and production software already keep, rebuilds how the work really happened and shows where responsibility sits when a process fails.
See it on one order
Four departments, four true stories. Then the record.
Order 4471 shipped nine days late. The explanations:
- Sales
We passed the customer's change on the same day.
- Procurement
We ordered exactly what the system said.
- Production
The material was wrong, so the line had to stop.
- Warehouse
We shipped the day the batch was ready.
The record, assembled by Omni:
- Day 1 09:12CRMOrder 4471 confirmed, spec v1
- Day 3 16:40EmailCustomer sends spec v2 to Sales
- Day 4 10:05ERPPO-2291 created, still spec v1
- Day 9 07:30MESLine 2 stopped: material mismatch
- Day 15 14:02MESBatch 18 restarted with spec v2
- Day 18 11:20WMSOrder 4471 shipped, 9 days late
The spec change reached Sales on day 3 and never reached the ERP. Under the order process, updating the ERP is the order manager's step.
Process gap: no control requires changes to be confirmed in the ERP. Production and the warehouse acted correctly.
Why responsibility is so hard to find
Large companies rarely lack effort. They lack one record that everyone accepts.
Many systems
A process runs through sales, procurement, production, quality and the warehouse. Each works in its own software.
No shared record
Nobody records who decided what at the handoffs between departments.
Every version is true
When something breaks, each department shows its own system, where everything looks right.
The wrong person pays
Blame lands on whoever touched it last or defends worst. The cause stays, and the failure repeats.
The responsibility node
The point in a process where a decision was made, or should have been made, that determined the outcome.
Step
What should have happened.
Confirm the customer's spec before the batch starts
Owner role
Whose step it is under your process rules.
Quality engineer, shift B, procedure QP-07
What happened
What was done or not done, and when.
Batch started 14:02, no confirmation in QMS
Evidence
The records that prove it.
MES log, QMS entry, email 13:48, QP-07 v3
- Decision made against a rule or without the needed data
- Handoff passed between departments but never received
- Control a check that should have stopped the error
- Silent a required step that nobody took
- Override a rule bypassed by hand
Process first, then role
Omni protects the people who did their job right.
Before linking a node to a role, Omni checks the process itself: was there a rule, did the right data arrive, did one role have conflicting duties. If the process made the failure likely, Omni reports a process gap, not a culprit.
Only when the process was sound does the node point to the role that owned the step. The accountable side is clear at once, and nobody else carries the blame.
How Omni works
From scattered records to an answer you can check.
Connect
Read-only connections to the systems of each department and to third-party production software.
Rebuild
Records become one event log of orders, batches, documents and everything that happened to them.
Check
The real flow is compared with your procedures, approval rules and division of duties.
Investigate
AI agents trace a case across departments, mark the responsibility nodes and challenge their own findings.
Decide
Your people review the evidence and decide. Omni learns from every decision.
A team of AI agents
Each agent works within its own data. No single model guesses across the whole company.
| Department agents | Know the systems, vocabulary, procedures and normal timing of one department: sales, procurement, production, quality, warehouse and logistics, finance, service, IT. |
|---|---|
| System agents | Know the data structure of one software product, including production software from third-party vendors, and turn its records into events. |
| Process agent | Builds the real end-to-end process and compares it with your rules. |
| Investigator | Puts a case together across departments and marks the responsibility nodes. |
| Skeptic | Looks for other explanations and weak evidence, and sets the confidence level. |
| Evidence keeper | Seals the records behind every finding into a pack that cannot be changed afterwards. |
| Access agent | Applies your access rules to every answer: what is shown, to whom, at what level of detail. |
Sees every department and the software on your shop floor
Omni reads the records your systems already keep, including third-party production software.
- ERPorders, stock
- CRMcustomers
- MESbatches
- SCADAhistorians
- QMSdeviations
- CMMSmaintenance
- PLMspecifications
- WMSshipping
- Service desktickets
- Emaildocuments
What Omni finds
- Mismatches between systems. Quantities in the ERP that differ from the MES, dates in the CRM that differ from the WMS.
- Decisions outside the system. Approvals that exist in email but not where the process requires them.
- Conflicts of duty. One role that both ordered and accepted the same delivery.
- Steps nobody took. Required checks with no record at all.
- Repeating failures. The same node failing again and again, which points to the process, not a person.
Stays inside your company
Omni runs on your servers or on dedicated hardware inside your network.
- Local AI models. Language models run on your hardware. No external AI service sees your data.
- No outside traffic. No telemetry leaves your network. An option without any external connection is available.
- Learns only from you. Process models are built from your history and refined by your people. Your data is never used for anyone else.
- Every question on record. Who asked what and what they saw is written to the Erplica audit trail.
Looks at processes, not at people
By default Omni works with steps, roles and departments. Names appear only where your access rules allow.
- No screen recording or keystroke logging. Omni reads business records, not what people do at their desks.
- No emotion recognition. Omni does not analyze faces, voices or behavior.
- No personal scores. Omni evaluates processes and decisions, not people.
- People decide. Omni brings evidence and a confidence level. Decisions stay with your management.
- Ready for EU rules. Human oversight, logging and a data protection impact assessment are part of every deployment.

Questions and answers
What is Erplica Omni?
Erplica Omni is an AI system that runs entirely inside your company. It reads the records your departments and production software already keep, rebuilds how the work really happened and shows where responsibility sits when a process fails.
What is a responsibility node?
A responsibility node is the point in a process where a decision was made, or should have been made, that determined the outcome. Omni describes it with four elements: the step, the owner role, what actually happened, and the records that prove it.
Is Omni a process mining tool?
Omni uses process mining methods to rebuild processes from records. It goes further in two ways: it reads production and other third-party software, not only ERP and CRM, and it answers where responsibility sits, with evidence.
Does Omni decide who is guilty?
No. Omni shows the step, the role and the evidence. People make the decision. Omni first checks whether the process itself made the failure likely, so nobody is blamed for a broken process.
Does any data leave our company?
No. Omni runs on your servers or on dedicated hardware inside your network. Its AI models run locally, there is no outside telemetry, and an option without any external connection is available.
Which software can Omni read?
Omni connects read-only to ERP, CRM, MES, SCADA and data historians, QMS, CMMS, PLM, WMS, service desk, email and document storage. Production software from third-party vendors is included.
How does Omni learn?
From the records and decisions of your own company. It builds a model of your processes from your history, and each review by your people makes it more precise. Your data is never used for anyone else.
How does Omni handle personal data and EU AI rules?
By default Omni works at the level of roles and departments. Names are shown only where your access rules allow. Omni does not record screens or keystrokes and does not recognize emotions. Every deployment includes a data protection impact assessment with you, human oversight and logging. Whether a specific use falls under the high-risk rules of the EU AI Act is assessed with you before deployment.
How is Omni deployed?
Each deployment starts with one or two processes: we connect the systems involved, load 6 to 12 months of history and calibrate the process model with your process owners. Then Omni extends to further departments.
