Questions and answers
Does Erplica HRM calculate payroll?
It keeps the payroll-related data in one place. Calculation can stay in the payroll software you use today, connected to Erplica, or be built as a custom module.
Can we extend HRM with our own processes?
Yes. HRM is centralized and extensible. Company-specific steps such as onboarding checklists or certifications are added as custom modules on the same records.
Who can see employee data?
Only the roles you allow. HRM uses the Erplica access model, and every view and change of records can be traced in the audit trail.
